Tulips

This week we've started our thanksgiving crafts. In order to celebrate and learn about thanksgiving we talked about it as well as started creating our pinecone turkeys, which also went according to our IPC animals. The Tulips had a lot of fun working with feathers and recognized the reuse of pinecones which participants from all groups in the school gathered the week before.
The feathers was definitely the most interesting part, alongside with working more with glue. We had lots of fun and we talked about it during our outing where we also tried to find more pinecones.

Today it was our outing day and we spent the morning on the small field just beside our school where the children had a great time sledging down the slopes in the snow. We were racing with our sledges and tried to win the race. We also made snowmen, snow castles and icy frozen cakes. We came back to school singing “LET IT GO” and “ DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A SNOWMAN?”. We drank some hot chocolate to warm up. We really had a lot of fun!
