Tulips

The Tulips have had a great and fun week practicing for the summer party! They have been practicing to hold hands as the song we are singing and dancing to is by the Beatles called ‘I want to hold your hand’. The tulips have been amazing socializing and coordinating with each other to the song as shown below. Stay tuned, it will be a party to remember! 💃

Tulips

The tulips today enjoyed a nice sunny day on their outing to the backyard! Now that the weather has been warm and sunny, the tulips got to utilize the backyard which is also a mini playground of the front yard of the school. They got to explore the sandpit making pretend food with the sand and digging into the sand using plastic toy spades. Some of the tulips also got to try to ride the tricycles with the help of a teacher ofcourse!

Sunflowers

SOLAR SYSTEM

The Sunflowers spent lots of time exploring the Solar System
and it’s planets, starting from the outer edge, where Kupier Belt is.
We explored not only planets colours, but also discussed them
one by one during IPC circle times. We’ve seen internal structure,
counted how many moons each has got, discussed their sizes and
compared densities… it’s been a very long journey! We painted
them one at the time over this year, adding personal touches to
them - do they reflect light? Maybe we can use glitter! How do
we paint it so it looks like it’s very windy? What colours
can we mix to get this colour? It’s been a lot of fun and learning,
slowly flying towards the sun.
